Passengers who purchase the "Sit Together" service will be seated next to each other. Seat numbers will be provided at the airport or on the boarding card.
Each passenger must have a valid biometric passport with at least 90 days validity from the departure date. It is the passenger's responsibility to check all visa, permit, and entry requirements before booking.
In case of cancellation due to technical reasons or bad weather:
- Passengers may request a full refund, or
- Change their travel date if seats are available.
If the passenger does not contact us within 24 hours after the cancellation notice, a full refund will be processed automatically. All compensation claims must be submitted directly to the airline.
